03 · Working principles

Care belongs in the architecture.

  1. Language before motion

    Grammar and meaning need an inspectable foundation before movement can responsibly represent them.

  2. Human review where it matters

    Prototype output remains a proposal. Linguistic, cultural, and high-impact claims need human judgment; authority is not manufactured by the interface.

  3. White-box by design

    Each approved stage should expose what the system inspected, what remains uncertain, and where human judgment is still required—not only a final answer.

  4. Accessibility by design

    Clear structure, keyboard access, readable text, and multiple communication paths belong in the architecture.
