This notice explains what information the Kinesema Labs website and public systems process, why it is used, which providers handle it, how long it remains, and how to contact us about it.

Current commitments
Kinesema Labs collects as little as the current website needs. Personal information is not a product.
01 · Scope
This notice covers kinesema.com, Kinesema's public research pages, Kinesema Atlas and its current Ask Atlas field, Docs, Notes, public research material, and email or feedback sent to Kinesema Labs.
The website is mainly public and informational. It does not currently provide user accounts, payments, public uploads, subscriptions, mailing lists, advertising, behavioural profiling, or visitor analytics. The application code does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Links to public sources and other websites lead to services Kinesema Labs does not control. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices when you visit them.

Kinesema Labs uses information only to provide a requested feature, respond to messages, investigate accessibility or operational problems, maintain necessary records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Using an input for its immediate result does not grant permission to retain it for research, evaluation, publication, dataset creation, or model training.
03 · Product inputs
The language parser is in private development. There is no sentence submission form on this website. The former request route returns a fixed unavailable response without reading the submitted content or forwarding a request to the private parser.
If an old client still sends a request, Netlify receives it as the website host. The website function does not log its contents or create an application record. Ordinary hosting and security metadata may still be processed under the provider boundaries below.
Atlas is built from a sanitized public projection. Searching, filtering, selecting concepts, and opening relationship details run in your browser against that public material. The interface does not connect to the private knowledge repository.
Ask Atlas is not an answer-generation service yet. Pressing its button makes no network request, retrieves no records, invokes no model, and stores no question. If this changes, Kinesema Labs will update this notice and place a clear privacy explanation beside the input before activating the new data flow.
04 · Service providers
Hosts and secures the website. Netlify processes visitor request metadata and any requests sent to the retired parser route. That function returns a fixed unavailable response and emits no submitted-content logs. Provider retention depends on the account plan and applicable service terms.
Netlify privacy information
Provides the weixian@kinesema.com mailbox. Email,
attachments, sender information, and related metadata are
processed when you choose to contact Kinesema Labs.
These providers operate infrastructure outside Singapore and may use subprocessors in other countries. Kinesema Labs uses them under their applicable service and data-processing terms and will review the arrangement when a provider or data flow changes materially. No LLM provider, analytics provider, advertising network, form provider, or mailing-list provider is connected to the current website.

Provider backups or records outside direct Kinesema Labs control may take additional time to expire under the provider’s documented processes. Kinesema Labs does not promise immediate deletion where a record must remain for security, legal, or operational reasons.
06 · Requests and protection

Enough information may be needed to identify the relevant record and verify the requester. For a Kinesema incident, an approximate date and time is more useful than resending the sentence.
Kinesema Labs uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the current systems, including HTTPS, restricted browser permissions, and a closed parser request route. The website no longer connects visitors to the private parser. No internet service can promise absolute security.
A suspected personal-data breach will be assessed and contained. Kinesema Labs will notify the appropriate authority and affected people when notification is legally required.
07 · Updates
This notice will be updated when the website begins processing a new category of personal information, connects a new product provider, or materially changes a purpose, retention boundary, or visitor choice. Material changes will be identified on the website before or when the changed data flow is activated.
