Terms of Use.

These terms cover kinesema.com, Kinesema, Kinesema Atlas and the current Ask Atlas interface, Docs, Notes, public demonstrations, research previews, contact paths, and original public materials provided through the site.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its research previews.

The current site does not offer paid services, subscriptions, user accounts, public uploads, or a production sign-language translation service. Any later paid pilot, account, upload, API, subscription, or enterprise service will require a separate review and may require additional terms or an agreement.

Do not rely on Kinesema, Atlas, or other research previews for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, official, or other high-impact decisions. Seek appropriately qualified human help.

When using this website and its research previews, do not:

• Interfere with the website, bypass security or access controls, probe private systems, or overload the services.
• Misrepresent a prototype output as official, verified, accepted, or human-approved when it is not.
• Use Kinesema or Atlas to impersonate an interpreter, educator, Deaf community authority, professional adviser, or Kinesema Labs.
• Submit material that is unlawful, malicious, confidential, sensitive, or that you do not have permission to share.
• Knowingly present Kinesema or Atlas output as suitable for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, official, or other high-impact decisions.
• Use the website to harass, deceive, spam, exploit, or harm another person or community.

If you send an ordinary question, access concern, correction, or other feedback, you permit Kinesema Labs to receive, read, respond to, and consider it. Product suggestions may be considered without any promise that they will be adopted, credited, or compensated.

You retain ownership of original material you submit. Sending an SgSL example or correction, linguistic or cultural explanation, image, video, recording, personal access experience, or other community material does not by itself give Kinesema Labs permission to publish it, use it for AI training or dataset creation, redistribute it, use it commercially, or identify you publicly. Those uses require separate, explicit permission.

Submit only material that you have the right to share. Do not send confidential information, unnecessary personal data, or sensitive content through a prototype input. If a contribution needs special handling, explain that before sending the material.

Kinesema Labs does not claim ownership over Singapore Sign Language, Deaf culture, signs created and used by communities, or community knowledge.

The Privacy Notice explains what information may be processed through the website and contact paths. The interactive sentence parser is no longer available. Do not submit personal or sensitive information unless it is necessary and you understand the stated use.

The website depends on hosting, infrastructure, source-hosting, email, security, and linked third-party services. Those providers and external sites may apply their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that Kinesema Labs controls or endorses the external service or all of its content.

The website and research previews are provided on an “as available” basis. Features, explanations, outputs, sources, routes, and project directions may be corrected, changed, interrupted, restricted, or removed without notice.

Kinesema Labs does not promise that every feature, explanation, output, source, or external link will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Visitors remain responsible for checking relevant evidence and obtaining qualified help before acting on important information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These terms may be updated when the website, research previews, operator details, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms.

Kinesema Labs operates from Singapore. Paid services, commercial pilots, accounts, uploads, APIs, subscriptions, or enterprise deployments will require separate service terms or agreements rather than silently expanding this public research page.
