Kinesema explores how English meaning and context can become inspectable representations for Singapore Sign Language (SgSL). The work connects language, space, and expression, with human review throughout.

A signing system needs more than words placed in a new order. Our language research considers meaning, questions, time, location, and relationships in signing space.
We develop and inspect proposed representations inside the lab. Technical tests support that work; linguistic and community judgment remain essential before a proposal becomes accepted signing.

Our public open-hand study lets you rotate and examine a hand in your browser. It is an exploratory form, not a reviewed sign or fingerspelling lesson.
Human understanding
Kinesema does not replace interpreters, teachers, or Deaf community knowledge. Accepted translation and signing motion remain in development.
